• Ensuring Safe petroleum product loading/ unloading operations to & from around 70 ships per months through
7-berths up to 20 meter draft ready to accommodate 7000K to 250000K DWT tankers
• Managing Ship Shore Safety Check-List & proper follow up
• Implementing ISPS Codes/ IGGOTT/ Federal & International Law/ Local Best Practice as and when required
• Setting & maintaining Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
• Preparing training programs for new Employee & National Developee
• Managing Manpower, Leave, Overtime, Annual Appraisal Report for sub-ordinates
• To follow maintenance as an originator under PTW System for all Mechanical,, Instrumental & Electrical works
• Preparing Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Periodical and Technical Reports
• Attending HSE Sub Committee meetings for highlighting unsolved issues
• Attending interview board for recruitment process as a Technical Expert
• Facing independently Internal & External Audits by preparing dozens of FORMATS for the company benefits

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE-1 (Feb 1990~ Aug 1996):-
• Handling documentations on arrival & before sailing at deep sea from Crude Oil from Mother Tanker (100K
DWT) along with Port Authority, Shipping Agency, 3rd
Party Surveyor & Custom Officer including N.O.R, Lab
Test Report, Ullage Report, Bill of Lading, Dryness Certificate, Experience factor, Note of Protest, Crew List,
Utility & maintenance Demand Note, Custom Bond sealing and maintaining Timesheet.
• Starting crude oil discharging from mother tanker to Lighter Tanker (@20K DWT) in deep-sea after taking dip/
ullage and cargo calculation onboard along-with 3rd
party Surveyor before commencement of unloading to
terminal sized tankers with about 7-trips for lightering to shore tanks through Refinery Jetty
• Providing written planning to Operators at Jetty for commencement of Crude Oil from Lighter Tankers at berth
and receiving to shore tank’s details.
• Handling HSFO/ Naphtha Export Tankers at Jetty with documentation.
• Handling Import Cargo mainly Gas Oil, Jet A-1 and Gasoline products with documentation negotiating with
neighboring petroleum oil marketing companies using their jetties/ facilities
• Coordinating with Lab, Oil movement, Tank Farm, Port, Shipping Corporation, Custom, Agent, Surveyor and
Senior Managements and ensuring Safety & Security/ releasing the tankers without delay.
• Preparing yearly country-wise demand note and ensuring cargo lifting programs by Mother Tankers from
loading ports mainly from Ras tanura & Jebel Dhanna, observing Charter Party clauses by Petroleum
Corporation and Tanker chartering tenders by Shipping Corporation.
• Ensured timely review, approval / reconciliation of contract variations.
• Receiving Crude Oil, Condensate & other Petroleum Product by Railway Wagons from Gas Field via
Petroleum Oil Company Rail-Station to our pipelines after proper dipping/ calculation etc.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE-2 (Apr 1988~ Jan 1990):-
• Worked as Youth Development Officer under Self Motivation Project to develop rural youths providing
motivation and financial assistance with technical support and trainings to start poultry, fishery, Silkworm or/
and dairy projects for self development under Ministry of Youth Development, Bangladesh.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE-3 (Jan 1987~ Feb 1988):-
• Worked (part time) as a Probationary Officer in Islamic Commercial Bank, Dhaka (nearby university) during
studying Master of Science in Jahangirnagar university and within one year accelerate to 2nd

and sometime handling Branch Manager’s charge in absence of Manager.

Losers quit when they fail and winners fail until they succeed with a slogan Safety First… and thus the reason or
reasons one has for acting or behaving in a different particular way. Every individual has his own philosophy to
