and design of a $60million university student center.
He assumed the leadership of a stagnant foodservice,
housing and auxiliary division with an administrative
mandate to lead a major turn-around within existing
resources while developing a strategic master plan for
significant revenue growth and facility renewal. He
increased revenue from $30 million to $52 million
within a six year period.
4. At Northeastern State University, Randall Shelton
developed RFP and led the development process for a
campus housing master plan for housing replacement
and renovation. He also completed a full renovation
plan for the food service areas and developed a campus
wide printer and copier management program in
partnership with a major national printing and copier
company. In addition to this, he re-designed and
developed a full service motor pool rental fleet and full
post office operation.
5. Thereafter, at Kennesaw University he has been
awarded as the University Administrative of the
year 2015. Here, he led the culinary team to the
No.1 foodservice program in the nation as
recognized by the National Restaurant Association,
winning the Operator Innovator of the Year Award
for the year 2013. Also, he developed and awarded
the largest foodservice RFP for $60 million, with
$40 million in cash contribution.
6. Besides this, Randall Shelton has many professional
certifications that he has earned through his
exceptional skills and abilities. He is a Certified
Facilitator and Corporate Trainer from Performance
Training institute, Destiny Seminars International in
Toronto, Ontario. Being a benevolent person, he
started the “Peanut Butter for Homeless College
Students Project” while he was working with
Kennesaw State University. This project deals with
homelessness of college students across campuses
in the United States.
7. Mr. Shelton raises funds for these homeless students, so
that they can study well without being worried about
their survival. “It is devastating to see these students
struggle to manage life, classes and survival. Colleges
and Universities are losing good talent when these
students leave school to focus on just trying to
survive,” he added.
