Performed very effective role on coal based 18MW CFBC power plant.
Responsible areas during erection and installation are below,
(I) Installation of 65x2Tph coal based boilers on 5.29Mpa and 485c`.
(II) Installation of 2 Nos bag filters with 3 air chamber.
(III)Installation of lime stone handling system.
(IV) Installation of coal handling system including crushers and separation system.
(V) Installation of 2500M3 x2 cooling towers.
(VI) Installation of All boiler auxiliaries including fans , and feed water pumps.
Prepared Boqs ,isometric drawings, construction drawings ,punch lists and all important
documents as per plant requirements.
After completion project working very efficiently for earlier completion of
commissioning of whole project.
Above mentioned equipments are operational and working very smoothly.

in Sugar Industry.
CONCIOUS, TRAINING, SAFETY, 5S, KIZEN, AND FIRST AID
Training for personal safety as well as plant safety, 5S standard and KIZEN
implementation for better improvement in O&M. We followed SHE standards and try to
serve best parallels with these standards safe working procedure (according to work
permits) having special training on safety topics like housekeeping, fire fighting use of
personal protective equipment (PPE’s)
