Responsibilities:
• Involved in developing data extraction via Powershell Script from PI AF server & PI
System Explorer to SQL server Database.
• Used PI OLEDB- Writing PI OLEDB queries using PI SQL Commander to fetch PI
data
• Made use of PI AF- Creating AF structures with use of element templates, attributes,
using PI AF builder to import from or export data to AF.

The Telemetry Technology Foundation (TTF) project is one project in Irish Water’s SCADA
strategy activities. The project is intended to deliver business intelligence and decision
support to Irish Water (IW) based on the data available from local authorities and DBOs with
respect to data in the areas of asset performance, asset usage and operational status.

Scottish Power (From 2007 to 2013- IBM/Accenture/SAIC)
In this role, I developed, supported and oversaw the provision of support and development
services into the Energy Wholesale, Corporate Applications and Energy Networks business
division of Scottish Power for 3 different applications (OSI PI & Information Exchange.).
The role encompasses the following:
• Daily liaison with key Customer representatives on status of support calls, project
work, requests for additional work, advice or information.
• Problem ownership and management through to resolution.
• Developed the various interfaces for Information Exchange applications (Made use of
Globalscape EFT and Consteller Hub)
• Assist in managing workloads of team and ensure succession planning in place.
• Regular review of team assigned incidents in ITSM. Ensure that support SLAs are
met.
• Ensure that proper execution of processes by colleagues through peer review of
support documentation, team processes, code changes, change requests.

costs and improve efficiency for the customer and our organization.
