Mostly electricity is consumed in hostels than in other
blocks of LPU.
In hostels, most of the electric energy is consumed by
geysers , air conditioners and coolers.
Where as in other blocks of LPU , most of the electricity
is consumed by laboratory equipments such as computers
and other electrical equipments which works on the
supply of electricity.

If you really want to make the difference then just
don’t conserve electricity but start generation
electricity in our college. May be not at on large
scale but even if u can in the initial phase
generation in small amount even that will make
considerable amount of difference.
Although we are having solar power plants which
are producing only little amount of electricity, if we
increase electricity production through solar panals
we can save non-renewable resources.
