YWithout co-operation a team is not really a team. So, it is very important to co-operate.

When you are working with a team it is obvious that you will find many
differences of habits among your team members. You may also find the
environment of the work place pretty uncomfortable for your team
members. But it’s your responsibility to make your team members to
cope with and confront the differences.

Sharing is the joint use of a resource or space. Sharing is a basic component of human interaction
and is responsible for strengthening social ties and ensuring a person’s well-being. Most
importantly it strengthen the bonding between team members. But now a days
Team members don’t want to share information with each other because of competition and
gaining attention from leader or boss. So it is a big challenges in managing teams.

content, interact and create communities of similar interest.
