  1. 1.  WHAT IS SEXUAL HARASSMENT?  What are the possible places where sexual harassment may take place?  What are the characteristics of harassment relationships?  What are the Forms of harassment?
  2. 2. - is a form of bullying or sexual/ psychological abuse which involves the unwelcome or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favors. - According to Gender and Development Committee of the National Statistics Office, it is an act or series of acts involving any unwelcome sexual advance, request or demand for a sexual favor, or other verbal or physical behavior of a sexual nature, committed by a government employee or official in a work-related.

Either completely unaware or aware that her or his behavior is offensive or constitutes sexual harassment 4. Either completely unaware or aware that her or his actions are unlawful. Victim: 1. Does not have to be the person directly harassed but finds the behavior offensive and is affected by it. 2. The person is affected although the behavior is not necessarily unlawful. 3. The victim can be of any gender.

The harasser will engage in unwanted physical contact by either using hi/her eyes, or hands touching any part of the target’s body 3. the harasser will take advantage of the target’s stressful situations like health problems, personal problems, relationship problems, etc. 4. The harasser acts as a “bully” and uses sexual harassment to the victim. 5. The harasser is a stalker who is following, watching, contacting, or observing the target for sexual reasons for revenge.
