- Daniel LaPorte’s process vs. Intuitive. Recently I re-visited the Enneagram and found the weakness or core need for my “type.” So, my example was my core need is security. At my worst, I’m groping and manipulating to create security for myself. At my best, I believe in myself and am championing others healthily. “Nourish” is what immediately came to me. I’m a wordsmith, so lots of scintillating words came to me…but I couldn’t shake “nourish,” so I’m going with that. Last tip: if you don’t have a desired feeling attached, the probability of accomplishing it is way lower.
- Definition of holistic wealth.
- For those who tend to think I’ll reward myself AFTER I do this work thing/goal OR for those who don’t pursue work things because the “bigness” of life issues are in the way. Mine has been more the latter.
- Learned this from Mary Beth Pulver, who gleaned it from Tiffany Peterson. If you don’t know where to start, UP LEVEL your personal care. Be someone who other people want to emulate, they like how you’re living. In other words, they like your peace or joy, your health, how you honor relationships. This is where I like to use Dani Johnson’s “holistic wealth” to capture that notion.
- I thought this tied into the success habits well because in the trinity of “mindset, skillset, toolset,” it really frames up a mindset for the year.
- My extra thought is to make your affirmations MATCH what’s on your sheet.
- It’s what your heart thinks that matters. You As said in an ancient text, quoted by the richest man ever to live in history, to date, “as a man thinketh in his heart, so he is.” Invite you to bring your heart into the conversation so that it sets the tone for your mouth to proceed. Out of the mouth proceeds what’s in the heart. Jesus said it. Not quite believing what you’re saying. Start with something your heart CAN get into and agree with.

- We are speaking spirits. God spoke. 1 Corinthigans in the Bible. I believed therefore I have spoken. Not believin’ it yet, go for SUPPOSE IF I had faith, as small as the tiniest seed, I WOULD SAY (Luke 17). I love this because there’s all sorts of stuff I would start saying I AM A DIAMOND. WE HAVE AND LIVE IN INCREDIBLE HOMES IN NEW ZEALAND AND COLORADO, AUSTIN, AND THE ITALIAN RIVERIA. MY SON HAS THE FINEST SCHOOLING. I AM AN EASY SIZE 4 AND IT’S EASY TO MAINTAIN. I HELP TENS OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE, POWERFULLY AND MEANINGFULLY. I SEE MY FATHER’S KINGDOM AND BRING IT TO EARTH DAILY AS AN AMBASSADOR!

- My story. Currently, I reached Silver 2 months in a row, November and December 2014. My 2014 goal, from the success challenge starting in May, was to reach Gold. Okay, I didn’t make Gold. But to move from Director to Silver in 11 months I celebrated well. What I really want to say though, is it took months for me to become an oils user after Nancy Knopp invited me. I had worked with 2 NW marketing companies. I had seen Nancy, even, go through several herself. I knew that if I was really going to give my YES to doTERRA it was an “all in.” Not, “well, I’ll try this out.” What I told her from the beginning, and she will attest to is, “I’m not going to quit. I will keep going.” My inner conviction I borrowed from a trainer, Dani Johnson, who said, “IF it takes me 20 YEARS to figure out how to be successful at this, AND I ONLY MAKE HALF of what the top earners are making, I’LL STILL BE DOING WAY BETTER THAN working at JC Penny’s. (for me, a grinding job, or when I first started NO JOB). So, I’m not quitting. I can’t say I've been a non-quitter in my life. I’ve quit things. I’ve been fired from one thing I did. But I’m learning not to quit. I’m learning to struggle through. I’m learning to follow my heart. My heart agrees, “IF YOU DON’T QUIT, (in specific application to doTERRA here) YOU WILL WIN.”
