UK stores.
• Ownership of stock allocation planning through anticipating consumer buying
patterns and product trends.
• Accountable for running the weekly trade data and the delivery of sales performance
reports in trade meetings.
• Utilize trade data to make commercial recommendations, such as stock pushes or
promotions.
• Work closely with buying team to review products, make recommendations based on

• Organized the distribution of problem management records to a team of 75
engineers working across a global network and developed clear communication
lines with colleagues in North America, Africa, the Middle East and Europe via
email, instant messenger and phone calls.
• Spearheaded events management through managing team events such as
Customer Service Week, departmental Christmas lunch and outreach programs
at a local school.
• Successfully managed an event teaching local school children how to program
robots, overseeing a team of 10 IBMers and 50 school children.
• Worked on a blogging team promoting IBM events and latest news updates as
well as updating and accumulating the information from our teams’ internal social
pages.
• Supported the Ecomms team in proof-reading and correcting internal articles to
be sent out globally which helped me to develop a broader picture of IBM’s

business.
• Worked in a team to develop strategically crucial business documents and take-
to-market tactics for the organization.

which were used to secure investments.
