This is a story of how Agile transformation started within New Zealand’s largest Telco with the smallest non-software development team, and how it scaled out to the entire organisation moving it from the traditional waterfall organisation to what they are now and continuously learning to improve further. This story also shared about the joys, pains, fights, celebrations and more. This story is about an experience on how to build and scale agile in an organisation which had more than 40 years of legacy behind, but not taking another 40 years to do it, but begin the transformation in less than 4 years. In this talk, Kiran Kanchan explained their agile operating model, agile adoption roadmap, frameworks, tools, techniques and learning which you can use for your own implementation and build a new story of your own transformation journey.
