Stop Squeezing Scrum - Dyaneshwaran P

Télécharger pour lire hors ligne

While Agile stresses a lot on collaboration, utilizing a member's 100% capacity will lead to lack of collaboration. Everyone will focus on completing their tasks and not of the teams. Hence the need to shift from Traditional Project Management to Agile Project Management.

As an Agile Coach and Consultant, Dyaneshwaran has seen traditional managers squeezing their teams in the pre-text of improving productivity. This leads to conflicts, blame games, lack of accountability, etc. Dyaneshwaran shared his experience and also provide my opinion on how this problem can be resolved.
