2. PSchool.in - What we do?
We build affordable education tools for students, teachers,
parents and schools.
We want to create a social impact. We want to accommodate
everyone. No one should be left behind. Education is a Primary Right
of everyone and no one can deny it.
We are not just a product, we are a platform. Customization is our USP.
We rely on the community to market our product.

Activities Authoring Monitoring
We build tons of
activities.They are our
bread and butter. It can
be learning, practice,
challenge, or assessment.
We empower teachers and
content creaters to create
their own activities and
configure existing
activities.
Students work can be
tracked and
monitored. Student's
strong and week
areas can be
pinpointed.

4. PSchool.in - Building blocks
Activity Playlist Curriculum
An activity is a unit of
exercise. It can be a
practice, assessment or
study material.
We will keep on adding
more types of activities.
A playlist is a collection of
activities. It is the basic
sharable unit.
Activities cannot exist on
its own. It has be a part of
a playlist.
We define curriculum
as a collection of
playlist. Curriculum is
prepared to meet a
goal. A curriculum
can be hosted as an
independent app.

5. PSchool.in - Not a free app
We keep roughly 50% of the content as free and the remaining as
'Members Only'.
We encourage every user to subscribe (Rs 500 / year).
We are NGO friendly. But we work for win-win solution, which is mutually
beneficial.
We what to support schools. We provide white labeling and customization to
meet the schools need.
We what to support independent teachers, and schools that take online
classes. We are working on providing live classes, chats, and activities.

6. PSchool.in - audience
Students Parents Teachers
Students are our first
customers. We are here
only for students. We think
and work, to be more
useful to students.
Parents are our first
paying customers.
They guide their kids in
doing the activities and in
some cases they learn
along with the students.
We technically
empower teachers
and help them in
their daily work. They
can create content,
share and track.

7. PSchool.in - For Schools
Schools can host PSchool from their own websites or andriod/ios app.
We provide white labeling, so that schools can add their own branding.
We have automation script to dynamically create username and
password for all students and teachers. And for this, the school needs to
share the students and teachers name in an excel sheet.
We don't collect any personal information about the students and teachers.
And we don't provide the regular ERP solution.
The school admin can monitor the activities of various classrooms.

8. PSchool.in - Classrooms
Any user can create a classroom and add students to it. Teacher can
assign a playlist as homework and track the students progress.
Each classroom is provided with a text based chat window. Teacher and
students can do public and private chat.
Teachers can schedule and run live video classes with screen sharing features.
Teacher can also plan one-to-one or one-to-few classes to give more personal
time to the students.
We can make few of the activities to provide real-time updates, so that
the teacher can ask students to perform activities and monitor real time.

9. PSchool.in - Customization is our USP
Activities can be configured, or created from scratch. We want to provide
different types of configuration so that teachers are allowed to be
creative and work, based on their student's need.
Schools and independent teachers can configure with their own
branding. We also want to support different 'views' to monitor the
students progress.
Independent bloggers and people outside k-12 education can also use
our app as widgets. Eg: Survey form, fun activities etc.
We can roll out multiple apps similar to pschool, catering to a particular
teaching concept. (Eg: a regional language, math for class 5)

10. PSchool.in - Printable Worksheets/Workbooks
It is not fine for kids to spend too much time with devices. They need to
spend more time with pen and paper. Also not every kid has access to
the devices.
To address this, we come with the option of printable worksheets. Most
of the activities can be made printable and can be generated on the fly.
We can automate the process and and can also generate books out of a
playlist or curriculum.
We also support customization, so that schools can generate dynamic
pdfs on the fly with their own brandings at header and footer.

11. We were over optimistic and thought we can take it to the next step without external
money. Now we understand that external money can help us grow faster.
We got success in reaching out to our users, but still working on converting our users
to 'Paying Members'.
