Gable experience
Gable has been successfully fulfilling the staffing needs of all types of businesses for
over 10 years. We manage an extensive bank of staff available on a temporary, contract
and permanent basis whatever the requirement. Our reputation for successfully

3. Driving
Gable’s Driving division has earned an enviable reputation within the Transport and Distribution industry. This
has been achieved through our results. We genuinely believe we set the standard of service for driver
recruitment based upon honesty, reliability and quality.
Each of our consultants are specially trained to the needs of this sector. In fact many have previously worked
in driving and distribution companies and have achieved industry qualifications such as the CPC qualification in
both National and International Road Haulage Operations and National Passenger Transport. It means that when
you deal with our consultants they understand your requirements, because they’ve been there themselves.
Every Gable driver is carefully selected, thoroughly interviewed and, where necessary, tachograph tested. Of
course we check references, maintain a photographic reference and monitor the competency of all our drivers
every three months to ensure our clients enjoy total satisfaction when employing any Gable driver.
We provide commercial drivers to our clients on a permanent or temporary basis to cover sickness, holidays,
extra workload and emergencies.
Our workforce includes LGV Class I and II drivers, some with HIAB and ADR experience, 7.5 tonnes and 3.5
tonnes drivers with tachograph experience, multi-drop and general van drivers as well as drivers’ mates.

Gable’s clients range from small, local companies to the largest national and multi-national organizations. The
combination of our network of branches, strong reputation and one of the strongest teams of consultants in the industry
enables Gable to attract the best candidates across a broad array of industries. We also attract a large number of
candidates through our busy website. It means that we are able to respond to our client’s needs however demanding the
brief.
To respond to these needs quickly and effectively our Commercial division is specifically divided into two areas -
Temporary and Permanent. Both divisions are run by specialist, professional consultants who are trained to perfectly
match your needs with the right candidate skills and personality to achieve results quickly.
We understand that by using our services you expect to minimize your own time and effort to find the right staff. That’s
why we ensure every candidate is properly interviewed before ever going out to a client. We don’t flood our clients with
irrelevant CV’s by short-listing only the most suitable candidates. We also standardize the format of all our candidates
CV’s to make comparisons easy.
Responsive to our client’s requirements we are always expanding the Commercial sectors we supply staff to, our core

5. Industrial
Every one of the specialist consultants in the Gable Industrial division is trained to our own industry-
setting standards including knowledge of Health & Safety, Operational Procedures, Safe Manual
Handling and Certification. They also have in-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, production
line, loading/unloading/packing and numerous other industrial disciplines.
Every one of our candidates is fully referenced, interviewed and tested on relevant knowledge and
experience of their specialist sector. As in each of our divisions we check references and maintain a
photographic reference of all our candidates. If our client’s require it we can issue ID cards for our
placed staff. All staff are supplied with safety footwear, hi-visibility jackets, hard hats and gloves, where
needed.
All our fork lift truck (FLT) drivers have their certificates checked and copies are kept on file in our
office.
Gable Industrial can provide staff either on a temporary, contract or permanent basis across an ever
widening range of industrial sectors .
