What beliefs are you holding on to?
Are they still true?
Perhaps some of the limiting beliefs you had are no longer true and now is the time to take an inventory of your beliefs and see how you can change.

Day 6 beliefs

  1. 1. 30 Day Challenge Are You Ready To Change? Belief Richard Butler of RichardButlerTheSuccessCoach.com
  2. 2. Belief In this chapter, I want to talk about belief, believing in someone very important, and that person is you.  You have to believe a number of things about yourself.  First of all, that you can do what you want to set out to do, so you need to believe that it is achievable  * to lose weight * to find love * to have the courage to travel Whatever it may be, and in order to do this, one thing that you can do is look back to your past at everything that you've achieved so far.  If you look back you will find how you overcame fears, challenges and did things you thought were not possible.  Let me take my example.  If I look back six years ago and somebody had told me that I would work for an international company and during that time, I would get to travel across South America, across the US and across Europe. I would've told you no, I don't think so, but I believed in myself and I believed I was suitable for the position. I went for the position and this opportunity to travel came up.  Now I always felt, well, my Spanish isn't good enough,  maybe I didn't had a negative  belief in myself, but now when I look back, I think, wow, after six weeks in the job I was in Colombia, I believe it was Chile and I was giving a technical training in Spanish.  So I now believe that anything I want to do is possible.  Now. Sometimes the problem is that maybe from our upbringing, we're being told to be less confident or perhaps not so proud of ourselves as we are then boastful.  RichardButlerTheSuccessCoach.com
  3. 3. Belief "Who do you think you are saying that you're a wonderful lawyer, that you're great or that you believe you're good at something?"  These beliefs may have been drummed into us when we were at school, or by our parents or even our peers. So we need to reprogram our minds and believe we are good enough.  You may need to do the following and say: "I give myself permission to believe that I'm good enough."  You have to believe as well that you're worthy of getting everything that you want and achieving everything that you want.  Because sometimes this happens that people, for some strange reason, believe they don't deserve or they're not worthy enough to have success or to receive whatever it is they want to receive or to make changes in their life.  So you need to believe that you are worthy enough as well.  In order to be successful, you have to believe that you will have the support of those around you. And if you don't, well then you have to go it alone and you have to believe that you're strong enough to go it alone. You also have to believe that you can make a change in 30 days.  I believe that. I know that you can, but you have to believe as well because once you believe it, once you see it in your mind's eye and we're going to talk about visualization, you will be able to achieve it. So I believe in you. I want you to believe in you. RichardButlerTheSuccessCoach.com
  4. 4. Belief I'd like you to think about your beliefs that you may be holding onto. Now write them down and look at them. Are they still true? Ask yourself why are they still true? If they are negative, prove yourself wrong with them.  Gather evidence to say this belief is no longer true. The great Tony Robbins said beliefs are like a table. They have four legs.  The four legs keeps the chair from falling.  However if one leg loosens the table gets wobbly and soon the table will topple over. You need to do this with your beliefs.  Know the support evidence from under them, and become the new invincible person you were born to be. Who is Richard Butler?
