Intrepid Travel: Salesforce Program Architect. The early termination of a competitive Salesforce consulting
practice, prompted an engagement to review and document the current Salesforce implementation for this
global company and high-profile Salesforce customer. A top 10/10 customer satisfaction score became the
catalyst for the company to engage Artisan to deliver a series of initiatives within the Salesforce program.
Oliver Hume Property Group. Salesforce Program Director. Engaged to scrutinise existing Salesforce
implementation to identify perceived failures in outcomes, complete stalled projects and introduce new
solutions. In just six months, eight of the nine derailed projects experiencing poor communications,
misunderstood requirements, and no documentation, were on track. The introduction of centralised change
management reviews to triage and manage change requests, along with a weekly management forum for
greater transparency, and documented testing against requirements, were key catalysts to success in a
complex corporate structure with highly technical processes beyond the traditional use of managing sales
and service relationships.
Lumo Energy. Salesforce Program Architect. Supported the launch of an enterprise solution built with
Salesforce and Mule that enabled DirectConnect’s core business. Provided strategic technical advice to
optimise Salesforce customisation and maximise the return on investment, while assisting the program
sponsor and program director throughout the successful deployment.
Australia Post. Salesforce SME and Solution Architect for digital transformation projects. Guided key
stakeholders on best practice, sat on the Salesforce change-control board, and acted as SME for Sales Cloud
& Service Cloud deployment.
Winner, InfoWorld / Forrester Architecture Award in 2014 for Focussing on Customers
DBI.vic.gov.au. Deployed large-scale implementation of Salesforce to 1200+ users. Managed multi-million-
dollar budget and a team of technical specialists. Managed vendor negotiations and contracts, contributed
to strategic plan, increased customer engagement, trained staff in international offices, and assessed and
mitigated risk.
Printsf.com. Internet start-up. Transformed outdated legacy print-on-demand system devoid of CRM
integration into a contemporary web-based marketing automation solution with seamless linkage to
Salesforce. Hired multi-disciplined, multi-site team, led strategy, devised a new SaaS business model, and
steered lean operations and cost-containment initiatives.
Stewart Realty Solutions: Transitioned a small entrepreneurial team to a multinational operation with
Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. Increased team by 230% and evolved SureClose (a real-estate transaction
system) to deliver greater revenue growth.
Realityassist.com: Re-aligned product to become indispensable to a large enterprise operation in the real
estate sector. As Project Manager pre- and post-acquisition, relocated the product system, and was
instrumental in growing product from 50,000 to one-million annual transactions.
Globetrack.com. Delivered ground-breaking enterprise-grade web application for tracking vehicles and
freight across the USA. Conducted presentation to BP executives, generated one of the most
comprehensive implementations of geo-fencing, and delivered a working solution to track trailer freight—
later used to apprehend criminals in freight fraud.
TransactIQ.com. Co-founded and launched technology start-up, working with investors, industry bodies,
