Project Manager | Fleet Renewal Global Plan: Yearly national project for EDP Group Fleet Renewal, concerning vehicles, load cranes,
aerial work platforms, toolbox assembly, fleet wrapping and vehicle tracking system (telematics).
- Logistics and Delivery Management: supplier preparation and coordination; expediting, delivery, installation and training.
- Key contact: for suppliers and internal clients (8 companies from EDP Group; 13 suppliers)
- Process management: design, coordinate and improve framework within the project and all its steps.
- Supplier and Logistic Process Liaison: Evaluation of suppliers and logistic procedures. Improvement of methodologies.
- The project in numbers: >4,7M€ managed; ~300 vehicles; 13 suppliers; 8 internal company clients.
Business Relationship Management:
- Reporting and KPI’s monitoring for Senior Management and Operational team
- Develop and manage Internal Communication website on “Open Space”
- Reporting on vehicle tracking system information
Innovation and Development:
- Sustainability and alternative mobility recommendation projects: electric, natural gas and plug-in hybrid vehicles.
- Telematics Fleet Management: Co-lead of pilot and project implementation (~590 equipments).
Process Management: Writing and testing of operational and service processes and work instructions.
Procurement: Identification of need; supplier identification, communication and technical support during negotiation for several
services and products concerning Corporate Mobility Department, incl. Vehicles; Vehicle tracking systems; Fleet Certification; Aerial
Work Platforms; Tires; Rental services; Car auction services and Pool Management applications.
Fleet: ~19M€ managed; >3300 vehicles (light/heavy duty); National wide; ~120 Platforms/ Cranes; Propulsion: ICE, PHEV, EV, and GNV.
