Free of Charge, non-intrusive equipment inspection
•A SPIRAC Site Engineer will visit site 12 months after commissioning to inspect and report on the current
condition of equipment supplied by SPIRAC. As part of the inspection SPIRAC will compile a site report to give a
general overview of the equipment, including observations and recommendations on how to improve
performance. This site visit also provides a good opportunity for the site operator to ask SPIRAC any questions
or discuss any issues.

•SPIRAC PARTS: Full range of spare parts for all delivered SPIRAC equipment
•SPIRALS: Replace shaftless spirals for all manufacturer’s conveyors with a SPIRAC manufactured spiral.
•LINER: Replacement of worn liner with SPIRAC’s long lasting, specially formulated, two colour liner to provide
long life or for those special applications.
•DRIVE SHAFT: Replacement drive shafts to suit any reducer and shaftless conveyor manufacture.
•CONVERSIONS: Convert that worn and maintenance prone shafted conveyor to a state of the art
SPIRAC shaftless spiral conveyor. Eliminate intermediate and end bearings, save drive space, eliminate belt
