- Developed tracking program for Jet Engine Exhaust Nozzle repair, identified/replaced
$3.2M in failing heat shield/liners ensuring the safe operation of a $672M fleet of F-22
Raptor Jet Engines.
- Troubleshot illusive Auxiliary Power Unit failure, worked directly with field engineers to
isolate problem, averted a loss of $450K and 72 man hours in erroneous repairs.
- Maintained 100% Quality Control pass rate on post maintenance inspections.
Inspection Section Team Member
- Performed scheduled inspection and overhaul of the F-15 Eagle Fighter Jet valued over
