• Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training sales staff as well as other station personnel.
• Prepared materials, systems, and procedures for selling on-air and digital assets.

• Actively market Legends 100.3 FM, introducing the new WLML to Palm Beach County’s business community.

Delmarva Broadcasting - Responsible for overseeing sales operations for multiple formats including,
contemporary Adult Hits, News/Talk/Sports, and the selling statewide marketing programs. Targeted key
accounts, created revenue through traditional and alternative multi-media platforms- digital, web, social
media, promotions, events, and customized marketing programs. The result: approximately $500K
increase in revenue in one year.
Services: Delta-T Group - Recruited to restructure the sales effort for this “behavioral healthcare referral agency”.
