Production Process Evaluation
Research
• Strengths:
-Finding the colours, font and the layout.
-Finding an existing product of a front cover/double spreadsheet magazine.
-Finding different designs: (characters).
• Weaknesses:
-Not knowing what font I would like for the header and the text.
-Not knowing whether or not I should include upcoming releases of
movies/series.
-Not knowing if I shall include a different variety of colours.
Planning
• Strengths:
-Exploring different colours that will match.
-Exploring different fonts for the header and the text.
-Exploring the different types of images for my product.
• Weaknesses:
-Finding an image that will be suitable for my product.
-Not knowing what type of background I would want for the front cover of my
magazine.
-Looking for a logo for my product.
-I could of improved on the front cover of my magazine by including more
colour and more character designs for my product.
Time Management
• I have manages my time well as I have looked back at my planning sheet. I
have made sure that I had more time just in case I wanted to change
something on the front cover and also my double spreadsheet.
• I have exploring different types of colours and fonts seeing as I had a lot of
time left. What I have changed in the time I had left was to have a black
background and red text to make it look similar to the image, colours
(Batman poster).
Technical Qualities
This image is what I have
been talking about on my
double spreadsheet, the
new Batman movie.
I have used 5 stars for the
new movie and the directors
speech, also I have included
an image from the movie
Batman.
I have chosen a
yellow text against a
black background
seeing as that is the
colours that are used
for the Batman logo.
Aesthetic Qualities
Strengths:
Coming up with
different designs such
as: colours and
character designs.
Weaknesses:
Not knowing what
types of font I would
want for the header
and the description.
Audience Appeal
I have appealed to my
target audience by making
the magazine 15+. I have
used ideas such as ‘The
Batman’, design and colour,
to make my double
spreadsheet magazine look
15+.
I have made sure there was
no bad language in my
magazine, to make sure my
magazine looks 15+.

a film.
•
