• Manage audit and testing responses for internal and external audits and testing, provide deliverables and
evidence of compliance. Includes planned and unannounced testing.
• Assist Staffing management team with proactively managing operational risk in the bank’s hiring process.
Consult with teams to address questions and help evaluate risks with the requirements of laws, regulations and
company policies. Includes identifying and escalating concerns promptly, creating and executing action plans to
balance business needs with risks.
• Monitor new laws and regulations impacting hiring; identify related risks and supervise action plans. Create
and facilitate education sessions to drive compliance.
• Risk and compliance leader for major Staffing initiative to transition from Taleo applicant tracking system to
Workday Recruiting tool. Consulted on risk related concerns, assisted with designing business requirements,

Senior Operational Risk Manager – Staffing Operations February 2006 – February 2016
• Managed U.S. work authorization which included ownership of the I-9 and E-Verify policy and U.S. immigration
program. Supervised the enterprise vendor manager for contracted I-9, E-Verify and immigration sponsorship
services. Maintained the relationship with immigration legal counsel, provided subject matter expertise for
Staffing and HR teams. Supervised RFP for I-9 and E-Verify services in 2014 (led the RFP twice previously).
Partnered with internal and external subject matter experts and counsel to understand operational risks of
potential immigration reform. Conducted ongoing training for Staffing and HR on I-9, E-Verify and Immigration.
• Co-managed an immigration improvement project with internal Global Mobility team to evaluate and
transform the program, including writing and conducting an RFP for global immigration services. Managed
relationship with law firm contracted for sponsorship services, provided subject matter expertise for Staffing
and HR team. Responsible for maintaining compliance with employer immigration requirements. Managed
action plans to comply with regulatory requirements and internally identified risks.
