2. What Is RT Pulse?
• An Android App (FREE) to manage your hotel better
• View your group or non-group/individual hotels listed with RoomsTonite
• Manage Availability, Rates and Inventory
• Detailed access to all the bookings made via RoomsTonite app

3. Login
• Login with email and password given to you
in your welcome email

4. View Group Hotels
• This screen shows all the hotels in your
group that are registered with RoomsTonite
• Select the hotel you want to manage

5. View Non-Group/Individual Hotels
• If you have only one hotel listed in
RoomsTonite, then you can start managing
your rates and inventory immediately

6. View/Edit Rate, Inventory, Availability
• Enter the best room rates and number of
rooms you want to sell via RoomsTonite
• Note: For hotels using IDS PMS number of rooms will not be editable
• Stop sell rooms via RoomsTonite when
needed
