Sparkler Bag Filters are designed for liquid filtration applications across many industries. They are available in four standard models and one mini series, and can be fitted with conventional single or double length filter bags. The bag filters are designed to withstand process conditions up to 10 bar and include manual or automated quick cover closures, VEE-Clamps, or bolted constructions depending on the size and model. Sparkler also offers various types of filter bags made from materials like polypropylene, nylon, viscose, polyester, and teflon.

1. BAG FILTERS
Sparkler Bag Filters are designed for liquid filtration applications in practically all industries.
They have found a wide use as polishing filters and prefilters in a broad range of
applications. Our bag filters are available in four standard models and one mini serie, where
conventional single and double length filterbags can be fitted in.
Our bag filters are designed to the rigid Sparkler standards, for process conditions up to 10
bar. Cover closures which can be adapted to our bagfilters are state of the art manual or
automated quick cover closures, VEE-Clamp, Rathmann- or swing bolted construction,
depending on the size and model.
All filters can be designed custom made in accordance with the applicable pressure vessel
code, like Stoomwezen, TÜV and ASME including PED 97/23 and CE certification
Sparkler also offers a broad range of different types of filter
bags made of polypropylene, nylon, viscose, polyester and
teflon in a range from 1 to 1000 microns.
