2. FUNCIONES REALES DE VARIAS VARIABLES
Definición:
Una función real de n variables independientes denotado por f : D ⊂ R 2 → B ⊂ R es una
regla de correspondencia de un conjunto “D” de vectores del espacio n dimensional a un
conjunto “B” de números reales talque:

A las variables x1 ; x 2 ;.........; x n se les llama variables independientes y a z se le llama

Los casos más importantes para su estudio son las funciones reales de dos y tres
variables, por lo tanto presentaremos los siguientes casos.
1º Caso: Si f : R 2 → R es una función real de dos variables independientes.
