This document discusses Liberating Structures, which are easy-to-learn microstructures that can be used to enhance participation and inclusion in groups. The document describes two Liberating Structures that were used ("Impromptu Networking" and "1-2-4-All") and how they helped participants meet new people, generate ideas, and engage everyone. It encourages the use of Liberating Structures to replace more controlling meeting approaches and generate innovation. Questions are asked about whether inclusive teams produce better results.
