 Memberikan informasi dengan atau tanpa perintah atau petunjuk yang
harus diikuti, untuk memperlancar informasi antara guru, siswa, kepala
sekolah, dan staf administrasi
 Struktur Teks
 Ungkapan yang lazim digunakan dalam teks announcement di media
massa maupun di internet, secara urut dan runtut.
 Unsur kebahasaan
 Kosa kata , tata bahasa, ucapan, rujukan kata, tekanan kata, intonasi,
ejaan, dan tanda baca yang tepat, dengan pengucapan yang lancar dan
penulisan dengan tulisan tangan atau cetak yang jelas dan rapi
 Multimedia:
 Layout, dekorasi, yang membuat tampilan teks lebih menarik

pemberitahuan resmi dalam bentuk lisan
maupun tulisan yang berisi akan suatu hal
untuk diketahui oleh banyak orang. Akan
tetapi, yang dimaksud banyak orang adalah
bukan berarti semua orang yang mendengar
pengumuman tersebut berkepentingan atas
pengumuman yang di umumkan.

6. Berikut adalah beberapa ciri-ciri yang terdapat
pada announcement.
 Adanya judul atau jenis kejadian.
 Menggunakan simple present tense atau bisa
juga menggunakan simple future tense.
 Menggunakan conjunction (penghubung).
 Terdapat tanggal, waktu, dan tempat pada
announcement tersebut.
 Adanya alamat dan contact person.
 Adanya event atau peristiwa.

 Acara pernikahan, ulang tahun, peresmian dan
kelahiran.
 Pengumuman pemenang.

 Pemberitahuan atau himbauan dari pemerintah.

8. Struktur dari announcement adalah :
 Title
Title atau judul pengumuman adalah bagian
paling penting pada sebuah announcement
karena title mewakili keseluruhan dari isi
pengumuman tersebut.
 Explanation
Biasanya terdiri dari informasi dasar yang
mencakup: jenis kegiatan (type of event), tanggal
dan waktu (date and time), tempat (place),
partisipan (participants), dan orang/ alamat yang
bisa dihubungi (contact person/ address).
