An alternative to corporate governance

Yorange is a management strategy tool that provides an organizational structure in which the power to make important decisions is distributed within the organization.
It differs from conventional management hierarchies, where power is in the hands of a select few. The basic principle is self-organization, in which employees organize themselves into different teams and work autonomously toward a common goal.

  12. 12. 04 Energizing roles Yorange organizations have a multitude of roles organized in bubbles that contribute to the organization's purpose and the "mission." Yorange does not think in terms of fixed positions. In your role, everyone can make suggestions, but no one can tell you how to do your job, as long as you hold up your end of the bargain. The results are in line with the "responsibilities" of the role, your actions are in line with the "purpose" of your role, you do not hinder the "dominance" of another role. When a person is assigned to a role, he or she assumes responsibility of that role.
