• Si la messagerie est peu utilisée en interne, difficile de faire
un bot qui aura du succès
• Accessibilité des données : si un chatbot interne est une
command line qui donne accès à toutes les infos de
l’entreprise, le SI doit permettre ces échanges d’infos (ie être
APIsé).
