3. Transfers and Promotions:
This method are quite different but the concept is same they uses their own employees to fill the
roles in a company. And giving promoting, increasing salary and transferring to another branch of same

In this method the company recruits employees using another organization like colleges and institutions

Based on LinkedIn referral means a person who works in a same field that you wants to work for. If he

7. How to get referrals from people on LinkedIn
Step 1: Login into LinkedIn and look for little icon at the top that looks like a briefcase and it says jobs and
click that icon.
Step 2: After clicking that icon it loads the jobs page.

Step 4: It brings some result based on the location and above there will be a button named company click
