3. B1 Autosuggestions
ssrf.org
The B1 Autosuggestion technique is used to reduce one’s mental stress by
removing personality defects of others or by changing their adverse situations.
For this Autosuggestion, specifically, the other person should be either
subordinate or junior to us. They can be our children, employees or anyone who is
receptive to our suggestions. Even though the mistake is made by someone else,
these Autosuggestions help to address and overcome our reactions. This
technique is especially useful for parents or when you are in a managerial role and
you have subordinates working for you.
