proceeds in the rightly.
 The total persons who are related to guidance programmed are
called guidance personnel.
 The qualities and behaviours presents in very effective guidance
personnel are as follows-
 Intellectual competence
 Energy
 Flexibility
 Support
 Goodwill
 Self awareness
 Awareness of cultural experiences
 Friendly personable
 Educated
 Guidance director
He/she has the overall authority for leading the personnel under his/her
administration.
 Guidance counsellors
A guidance counselor assists people with personal, family, educational,
mental health and career decisions and problems.
 Counselling psychologist
Assess and evaluate individuals problems through the use of case history,
interview, and observation and provide individual or group counseling
services to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social,
educational, and vocational development and adjustment.
 Teacher
Teachers are the most useful allies of the counseling/liaison officers.
 Parents
Parents are the principal counselors of the students. The favorable
upbringing, plus the special help in the form of praise, admonition, reproof,
and advice in difficult situations -all contribute to the guidance process.
 A cooperative venture can be successful when
each and every person in it have specific
responsibilities and it can be maintained
appropriately.

  • 3.  We take help from the experience person in any crucial time. So there is no controversy that through guidance men and society proceeds in the rightly.
  • 4.  The total persons who are related to guidance programmed are called guidance personnel.  The qualities and behaviours presents in very effective guidance personnel are as follows-  Intellectual competence  Energy  Flexibility  Support  Goodwill  Self awareness  Awareness of cultural experiences  Friendly personable  Educated
  • 5.  Guidance director He/she has the overall authority for leading the personnel under his/her administration.  Guidance counsellors A guidance counselor assists people with personal, family, educational, mental health and career decisions and problems.  Counselling psychologist Assess and evaluate individuals problems through the use of case history, interview, and observation and provide individual or group counseling services to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, educational, and vocational development and adjustment.  Teacher Teachers are the most useful allies of the counseling/liaison officers.  Parents Parents are the principal counselors of the students. The favorable upbringing, plus the special help in the form of praise, admonition, reproof, and advice in difficult situations -all contribute to the guidance process.
