The Technical Cell of REC Rewa was established in September 2017 to provide a common platform for interdisciplinary technical activities and bring all-round development in students. It is guided by two faculty members and conducts various technical competitions, workshops and events throughout the year to promote technical knowledge and encourage participation from students across disciplines. Some of the major events held include Bridge Design Competition, Circuit Design Competition, Robomaze, Robosoccer and workshops on AutoCAD and technical drawing. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the cell transitioned to organizing online technical festivals and competitions like T-Fest, Fest-X, Technovanza and Equinox to continue engaging with students.

About Us
With a motive to provide a common platform for Interdisciplinary technical activities in the college, Technical Cell
REC was established in September, 2017. Technical Cell REC works towards an aim to bring all round
development in the students through their active role in technical activities to supplement education and nurturing
their talents here by encouraging their participation in a number of contrasting events. Since its inception, the
Cell has been very active in conducting lots of events, competitions and workshops for the students of REC
Rewa .

From Circuit Design Competition to AutoCAD Workshop, from Technical Drawing to Bridge Design
Challenge and from Fun Games to Scavenger Hunt, everything here is awesome. One of the event
conducted by our Cell for the very first time include a "Robo-Soccer" and "Robomaze" which gave
opportunities to students to exhibit their incredible talent, was also a significant achievement. With a team of
skilled and dedicated student coordinators we had also won the "Best Club of REC Award 2K19". The
Technical Cell also aims competitions that are organized, in which the students have performed
exceptionally well. Technical Cell REC will organise several events in all semester of academic year, which
will truly promote the technical knowledge of the students and helps to work among interdisciplinary.

OUR ONLINE EVENTS DURING COVID PHASE
T-Fest
After months of waiting, Tech_cell was proud to manifest the final lineup of
ecstatic events and activities. Students were invited from every institute to
create optimal memories from March 31st to April 2nd, 2020 to experience the
events with gleaming tech performances, all wondrous was happening within
three days. By participating in Technical Cell most astounding events students
were surely able to comprehend their ample knowledge.
FEST-X
“FEST-X 2K20-21”, the plethora of jamboree, euphora of acquaintance and
renowned stage for learners help students to tide over their quarantine blues.
Technical Cell REC organized contrasting line-up of online events, the online
events witnessed the gathering of amazing talents of various institutes.
Technical Cell REC conducted thirteen online events to help nurture the talent
among students. Forging ahead with an aim to promote and advance in the art
of technology we're always ready to serves those students whose interest lie in
learning.

Technovanza
Technical Cell REC was ecstatic to conduct Technovanza, a technical
extravaganza with a range of enthralling and exciting online events to
wrap participants up with innovation and technology from the comfort of
their home. The extensive series of exquisite events of wondrous two
days fest had definitely exponentiate knowledge and great amount of
fascination among participants.
Equinox
Technical Cell REC once again presented itself with its awesomeness
for the participants. We invited all brainiac out there to make the month
of March a 'Magnificent March' by becoming a part of EQUINOX 2k21;
a 2 day series of our tremendous events where we not only tried to
delight our participants but definitely assist them to exponent their
knowledge from the comfort of their home so we invited all the
inquisitive minds out there to be the part of EQUINOX 2k21.

TECHBUZZ
Once again Technical Cell REC conducted exhilarating succession of
momentous events TECHBUZZ - a two days line-up of exceptional
online events to spawn participants solitary enthralling. Our
participants assembled their valuable hour to make a move via
TECHBUZZ and executed something invigorating. We always
motivate our participants to look and find creativeness inside itself
and our participants delighted us by taking part in this virtual fest.
FEST-X 2.0
"FEST-X 2.0": The gala of inevitable online events, Technical Cell
REC had come up again with its knife-edge events to fill participants
tiresome days with jubilation and enthusiasm. We were gleeful to
present these three days effervescent series of online events to our
students of Rewa Engineering College and our participants were set
for action with their phones and laptops to be the part of these
fascinating lineup. The participants were not only from our college but
we've also seen huge number of participation from other institutes as
well.
