Looking back through your notes, choose 2 vocabulary words you think are
important ones to remember when talking about the Renaissance and
Scientific Revolution!
Once you have 2 take a strip of construction paper and write one word on one
side and then flip it over and write the other word. Along with writing the word,

A. Background information
-German monk/professor
-grew tired of Church corruption
B. Beliefs:
- he posted his 95 Theses on the church door in
Wittenberg (Germany) on October 31st, 1517
*God’s grace or salvation was won not by good works
or even going to church but by having FAITH!
*The Bible, not the Pope, was the source
of religious truth and that everyone
should be able to read it in their own language.
