· Product owner: The product owner is in charge of speaking on behalf of the

person.
· Scrum Master: This facilitator is in charge of setting up daily meetings,

typically assumed by the project manager, although they can be delegated to any

· Backlog: A list of tasks and specifications that go into the finished product is

· Sprint: A sprint is a predetermined period of time for finishing every group of
work from the backlog. A sprint typically lasts for two weeks, although it can also
last for one to four weeks, depending on the demands of the team and the project.
