Put it into the microwave for 19 minutes (without a cover). Add oil oil to a shallow, wide pan and sauté the peppers, mushrooms and onions. Add lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar and chilli vinegar. Stir for one minute. Once the 19 mins are up, add the veggies to the rice in layers. Bung the rice into the microwave for another 4 minutes (without a cover).

Once the onion paste browns, add Italian seasoning, red chilli flakes, salt, garlic paste and stir for a minute or two. Add the chicken pieces. Leave the pressure cooker uncovered over a high flame till the chicken loses its juices and the pieces start drying (about 3-6 minutes). Then, add yoghurt and close the pressure cooker lid. Simmer for seven minutes, after the first whistle. Wait for the pressure cooker to stop steaming before opening the lid.
