Permanent Position based in London area - Salary to £50,000 + Excellent Benefits package
We are looking for an experienced Engineer with a background in change management
This job will be suitable for you if you have:
 Strong Man Management Skills
 Excellent communication skills at all levels
 A Rail, Rolling Stock or Heavy Vehicle Modification and Refurbishment background
 An Engineering qualification HNC/HND or higher
Your role will be to
 Manage experienced Rolling Stock Engineering Team leaders
 Identify causes of failures on Rail, Rolling Stock or Locomotives
 Organise technical investigations into failures
 Ensure quality standards are maintained
 Review technical designs and procedures against industry standards.
 Review proposals for Engineering Change.
 Control agreed engineering changes.
 Provide support to production staff involved in maintenance and repair, modifications and
technical investigation.
