We are looking for an experienced Shift Production Manager with a background in the repair
maintenance and overhaul of Heavy Plant, or Tracked Vehicles
Salary level to £44,000 per annum depending on experience plus performance related bonus and
other benefits
This is a Permanent role commutable from Banbury, Bedford, Bletchley, Brackley, Buckingham,
Corby, Coventry, Daventry, Huntingdon, Kettering, Leicester, Loughborough, Luton, Market
Harborough, Milton Keynes, Northampton, Royal Leamington Spa, Rugby, Rushden, St Neots,
Towcester, Wellingborough.
If you have
 Proven and strong management experience
 Management experience of teams of skilled Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineers
 Experience of Lean Manufacturing Processes and Systems
 An understanding of Commercial issues
 An ONC qualification or equivalent experience
 PC Skills
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 Planning of resources to meet daily operational requirements
 Safety issues
 Staff management and development
 Customer Liaison
 Assisting in the definition of maintenance plans
 Incident reporting and investigation
 Continuous improvement activities
 Carrying out and assisting with audits
 Achieving production and budgetary targets
 Creating a comprehensive overhaul schedule
