How assistive technology hardware and software improve people's lives and give them so much freedom, regardless of their abilities. Next, it focuses on the cognitive issues and why UX Designers and Developers need to empathetic and consider specific points as they design and create accessible designs, also known as Universal Design. It closes with tips for designing with empathy and emphasizing the "Empathy is the next differentiator!"
