After my graduation I worked as a strategy and CRM consultant for eight years in small and large, Finnish and
international privately held companies. After that I worked seven years in public innovation and funding sector under
different organizations of Ministry of Employment & Economy.
My prominent skills are tested to be pragmatic problem solving and skill to work in collaboration with various kinds of
professionals in versatile working situations both in private and public sectors in different cultures.
At this point of my career I am familiar with (i.e.) enterprise funding, innovation ecosystem development,
internationalizing enterprises, people and team motivation, cultural business understanding, process developing,
personnel/customer/consumer intelligence utilizing, CRM-systems, sales force developing, concepting the services,
account and project management, e-business development, customer acquisition.
In other words my capabilities can be used as an asset in funding, developing, selling and managing businesses
and innovation systems with personnel, customers and networks in mind both in public and private sectors.

ORGANIZATIONS UNDER MINISTRY OF EMPLOYMENT & ECONOMY 03/2008 – 12/2014
06/2009 – 12/2014 ELY-Centre Uusimaa Project Manager & Business Analyst
ELY-Centres serve the entire economy by funding and consulting enterprises. Since July 2011 I was a Project Manager
in EU funded project called PROTEK Uusimaa. There my main role was to find and develop sustainable service paths
for various enterprises in ELY-Centre, other TEM organizations and private funding & consulting. This was done in
conjunction with government and ministry steering and economy life needs. I steered also many sub projects in regional
development organizations and Aalto University when they are helping enterprises to develop their public funding usage.
I was responsible for new development program called Kehitysväylä. It is built for enhancing the processes in
public and private funding. In this program we developed versatile cases from small enterprises to large
networks to contact right organization in the manner that both first case and possible future needs are handled
more customer centric way and efficiently. This work I have been continuing independently with co-operation
with Ministry of Employment and Economy under umbrella of Team Finland.
My role as Business Analyst consisted of allocating public funding to projects in which such money is expected to
contribute considerable benefit for enterprises in new technology, internalization of business and business development
in general. In addition I had an active role in developing and maintaining cooperation between Ministry’s different
organizations. In this period my skills in finding the best possible solution for SME’s in public funding
environment has been acknowledged widely.
Thus I was selected as a Kasvuluotsi who is a person who acts as main contact point for innovative companies
which need services from organizations underneath Ministry (Ely, Finnvera, Finpro, PRH, Tekes, Tesi). I also
belong to European Commission nominated review team (Inno Partnering Forum) which evaluates and develops
European innovation systems.
01/2009 – 06/2009 Tekes Project Manager
Tekes funds innovative research and development projects in Finland. I researched and developed Tekes possibilities
and role in the future governmental administration. My approach was to gather actual client and network needs and
formulate a validated concept with which Tekes can communicate with the steering Ministry (Employment and the
Economy). I also enhanced my business skills further in the Business Talent -program. Both Tekes and Ministry have
seen my findings interesting and use those in further development.
03/2008 – 12/2008 Finpro Culture/Business Researcher
Finpro is a consulting organization focused on the internationalization of Finnish companies. It is steered by Ministry of
Employment & Economy. It had at my time operations in over 40 countries. My primary task was to research and develop
the client focused motivation and steering mechanisms in Finpro’s Asian offices. Vast part of the work can be transferred
to Finpro’s other geographical areas. Project can also be seen as one part of Finpro’s strategic development and it can
support many other projects. I got also Asian business & culture education in the Gateway to Asian Business -program.
The Asian management wanted me to continue developing the organization.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND CONSULTING & SELLING 09/1999 – 12/007
08/2004 – 12/2007 Carezza / Xlent Sales Director & Senior Consultant
Carezza is a 10 person consulting company which is developing enterprises’ businesses with the extensive know-how
in customer and consumer intelligence. Carezza’s management and employees are continuing Xlent’s work in Finland
(see next paragraph). The customer base is also quite the same as in Xlent hence my consulting role was quite the
same as before. In addition my main responsibility in Carezza was to start up the new business acquisition operation
and offering development (retail, manufacturing, finance). At the end of 2007 the sales are running as business-as-
usual with the offering in place.
Xlent is a 200 person Nordic consulting company focusing on customer-centric business development. My
responsibilities were selling and managing projects e.g. in the field of customer relationship management (from vision
thru strategy to system evaluation), organizing the sales force, loyalty programs, business processes, multi-channel
strategies. I got familiar with Finnish and Nordic retail business, manufacturing, telecom and some other industries with
B –B and B – C aspects. I concentrated and succeed selling and consulting new client areas.
05/2001 – 08/2004 Digia Account Manager & Strategy Consultant
Digia (former SysopenDigia, Sentera and Iocore) develops and delivers business-critical information systems and
integration solutions in Finland and neighboring areas. As an Account Manager my main responsibility was to sell IT –
infra support persons to SMEs and public organizations. I planned a new service concept (remote support), which
intensifies our customers’ IT –environment development and support. I was also responsible for new account selling of
this concept. In addition one of my roles was to sell resource subcontracting to our partner organizations, which are
large, IT –companies (IBM, HP etc). In labor force resourcing I acted as work supervisor. Many SMEs learned new
ways to enhance their IT-environment maintenance in this period.
Strategy Consultant periods developing tasks consisted of definition and pricing CRM solutions and integration of these
business critical solutions. I was also responsible for selling these services and products. Consulting part of my job was
to enhance our customers’ efficiency to administrate their customer and in-house relations. Customers were large
Finnish retail & manufacturing companies. In both units I have made both selling and marketing material and market
and competitor analysis. I have also been the contact person in in-house and customer relations. Large clients were
able to made sustainable business decisions after my scenario work.
06/2000 – 04/2001 3bite / Stock Smart Sales and R&D of web/ Mobile Services
3Bite is a small mobile platform manufacturer and seller. My work at 3Bite consisted of commercializing, testing and
selling of 3Bite’s own mobile (WAP, SMS, PDA) platforms. Our clients consisted of from small privately held companies
to large telecom companies. In addition I took part in financial contacting, business planning and other administrative
tasks. The other significant part of my job was to analyze Internet and mobile understanding of the European stock
exchanges, banks, brokerage firms and teleoperators for Dallas based analyzing company called Stock Smart. 3bite
was the Stock Smart’s European representative. I was 3Bites and Stock Smart’s representative in HP’s eBazaar. My
main contribution was to show the financial benefits of mobile environment to various kinds of enterprises.
09/1999 – 05/2000 Veho CR- and Financial Consultant & Project Manager
Veho is one of the largest Finnish car retailers and importers. I worked as a Consultant studying the enhancing of the
accounts receivable, database integration and process descriptions for customer processes. My tasks consisted of
mediating the needs of the steering group and insights of the executing personnel, analyzing the results and producing
the written manual and educating program. In the third assignment I acted as a Project Manager. I managed to show
the top management pragmatic ways to enhance business.
