IT WILL MAKE YOUR SELF IMPROVEMENT FOR LEADING SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE AT COMPANY BY SEPTO INDARTO
Improving the quality of self-build a glittering career is paramount. 
Improving the quality of self means that we learn new things to our control as a skill.
Therefore each time we will do the job we must seriously in doing it. 
Due to the work as possible will get maximum results and that will lead to happiness in ourselves.
Results of a survey by GMJ Employee Engagement Index in the United States shows that the existence of a strong connection between employee happiness with sincerity to work.
Employees who are sincere and happy to have a positive relationship with their superiors, and better prepared to face the challenges and changes, more to feel valued by the employer, able to cope with stress more effectively, and far more satisfied in life.
Sincerity in work can improve the quality of self and feeling comfortable. 
Meanwhile, a real lack of work would cause the loss of U.S. $ 300 billion (Gallup Poll, 2005).
Solutions to improve the performance of the organization required employees to work in earnest and happy.
From the survey results were divided into three groups: 
1. 61% of employees worked earnestly 
2. 49% of employees do not work earnestly 
3. 24% of employees who are actively working very hard in work was often challenged.
Motivating factor in the workplace can be a new challenge, a strong commitment, honesty, openness, and mutual support to each other.
The most important thing to know is the organizations are living organisms to where people live and the employees should be treated as living beings.
That the source of the problem lies in the balance between work life and normal life (outside the office).
Charles Handy Says: Companies that survive long is a company that can provide uniqueness to the world, not just grow up or get lucky but also excellence, the award to another party, or the ability to make people happy.
Some people refer to 
it as a soul.
This should be done by managers is to continually improve the quality of self and also ongoing to improve the quality of life for the staff themselves .
Improved quality of life will certainly make all employees are willing to accept new challenges, feel free, safe, enjoy their work and happy.
This is to make organizational performance could be stronger as a team. 
It needs a good cooperation between managers and will fruit. 
Organizations must look far ahead. 
A work team must be strong. 
Managers should also be aware that if an employee has personal problems (family) then he can not work properly in the office.
