numbers/description provided by the accounts/purchase department on packing list and added to the
stock sheet.
Make sure the product/s are in good condition before sending to the customer and then packed in safe
manner so it reaches the consumer in a perfect condition. Coordinate with transport company for

Tasks assigned are as follows:
Assign duties, inspect work and investigate complaints regarding housekeeping and equipment and take
corrective action. In charge of ordering and purchasing housekeeping supplies and equipment, take
periodic inventories, screen applicants, train new employees, and train staff about basic personal
hygiene. Pre-opening and post-closing duties along with daily logs and performing quality assurance,
quality control inspection checks to ensure proper hygiene and sanitization levels are maintained.
Conclude and send reports to upper management and summarize all the reports and take adequate
measures to ensure a smooth operation is in place.
As Warehouseman my tasks are as follows:
Select and issue the menu to be prepared for military and civilian staff on military installations.
Inventorying incoming food stuffs and receiving documentation to be filled out with date, time and
temperatures.
Goods to be segregated mainly in three different reefers, as dry storage, chiller areas and freezers along
with storing items, according to TB MED 530 standards (FIFO).
Keeping all records and logs up to date and in all containers as well as doing the proper checks and
inspection according to TB MED 530 standards.
During the handling of goods, safety measures have to be taken by using PPE, trolley and pallet jacks.
Working with and alongside Vector Control personnel to ensure pest management procedures are
enforced and upheld according to Chapter 5 standards.
Work closely with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and internal QA/QC auditors for
compliance within contractual guidelines.
Acting supervisor and assisting DFAC supervisor with daily, weekly and monthly tasks. I have gained
knowledge in the supervisory role when it comes to operating DFAC staff.
I have supervised the downloading of supply food trucks on the AFRICOM project to supply soldiers and
civilians with filled orders from the J4.
