In 2016, three projects - Remi Holdings Ltd, Colombia washing plant Ltd, and Genesis Fashion Ltd - received Platinum certification, the highest level. 3. LEED certification is based on points awarded in several categories like sustainable sites, water and energy efficiency, materials and resources, indoor environmental quality, and regional priority. Remi Holdings Ltd received 97 points to earn Platinum status.
