16. Project Management
Sharne Van der Burgh is one of the
founding partners of Fit4Work.
She is a Certified Individual and Corporate Systems
coach with 15 years coaching experience working with
Top Teams in Corporations in a wide variety of sectors
and industries. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer,
Intrinsic Biomechanist and Level 1 FMS instructor.
Optional Project Management Element:
If required Sharne can support the selection and
coordination of the venue and spa activities and
family activities if these are desired.
Prior to her coaching career she had 20 years
experience in a variety of management roles within
Ford Motor Company in Europe and North America.
Sharne will be Project Manager designing and
coordinating the whole programme in line with the
clients needs. She will attend all client briefings and
be the sole point of contact for the programme to
ensure quality and continuity.

If the English language capability of the team is
sufficient, Sharne will also present some elements of
the programme. She will be present throughout the
event to manage logistics, delivery quality and client
satisfaction.
