2. Step One: What you need
You need a pool any feet deeper than 3 feet.
You also need yourself in a bathing suit
As well as swimming goggles
Make sure you do not have any shoes or socks on.
Put your bathing suit and goggles on.
3. Step 2: get ready
Get in the pool
Get use to the water so you are comfortable swimming
when you are ready to swim, lay on the water, have
one of your hands in front of you and one to your side,
your legs are straight and your toes are pointed
4. Step 3: start
When you start kick with your legs and feet
Move one of your arms in a circle so your arm will be
under water
Then do the same thing with your other arm
Make sure your face is under water hold your breath
5. Step 4: breathing air
When you run out of air, keep swimming, but tilt your
head to the side and breath in.
Then go back under water until you run out of air then
do the breathing thing again
6. Step 5: if you get tired or
stop
If you get tired ether stop or swim through it
If you want to stop simply stop moving and stand up.
