2. Step One
• First you have to make sure your fingers are in
the right spot

• Next You are ready to throw (look at step two)
3. Step Two
• First, pull your arm back with the football in it
• Next, bend the arm you pulled back in this
shape L
• Then you point your arm where you want to
throw
4. Step Three
• Move your arm to the target as fast as you can
• Your arm should end by pointing at the target
• Release the ball a little before you are directly
pointing at the target
5. Step Four
• To throw farther throw higher and stronger
• To throw short don’t throw not very hard but
very accurate
• To throw normal throw it as accurate as you
can and not super hard but not super soft
6. Step Five
• If you want to throw while running throw hard
and if you are running right throw a little left
of the receiver
• If you are running left throw a little right of
the receiver
• NOW YOU CAN THROW A FOOTBALL!!!
