    sighted roadmap, you need to compute ROIs

  1. Velkommen til Creunas morgenbriefing om at tænke mobilen ind fra starten i den digitale produktudvikling og markedsføring.Vi er glade for, men efterhånden slet ikke overraskede over, den massive interesse vi kan mønstre når vi nævner ordet mobil.Det sætter en stor fed streg under det faktum at det mobile potentiale er noget vi er rigtig mange, der gerne vil afdække og kapitalisere.
  2. Jeg vil skyde på at alle her benytter digitale medier og platforme til langt det meste af deres arbejde.Det som er mit store håb for jer er også at I inden for det seneste år har oplevet at jeres virksomheder har flyttet budgetter og beslutningskompetencer fra traditionelle medier og platforme – over til jer.   3. Jeg har tænkt mig at følge op med jer i slutningen af dette oplæg. I ved, det er gratis at komme ind, men så snart dørene lukker, kan jeg finde på at bede jer om at dele jeres tanker med hverandre.Måske er der også nogle af jer, der i løbet af oplægget kommer i tanke om en god eller dårlig erfaring, som I gerne vil dele.
  4. For et år siden satte vi os ned og kiggede lidt på det vilde ridt vi havde deltaget i de sidste 5 år. Fra vild optimistisk tro på WAP portaler og MMS over en seriøs i starten af 2008 til en spirende tro med Apples iPhone og herefter en galopperende efterspørgsel. So ein ding müssenwirauchhaben.Vi prøvede at tænke lidt frem. Ikke til svævende huse og tidsrejser, men til ca. nu. Hvad vil vores kunder efterspørge og have gavn af?
  5. I må sørge for at blive opdateret med, hvilke muligheder teknologierne giver jer for at konkurrere, innovere og tjene penge. Og hvilke trusler I står over for.Google truer KrakApple truer teleselskaberneSpotify og Grooveshark truer pladeselskaberneApple og Google truer forlageneHvor er bankerne i Mobile payments økosystemerne?
  6. Forretningskvinden M/K er købestærk, men har ikke tid til at sætte sig ned og lave langvarig research. Hun vil have vished her og nu: Kvalitet, alternativer, venners erfaring, personalisering og hurtig og sikker betaling og leverance.Hvad vil pigen have. Intet, for hun har allerede mobilen og sine venner. Nu vil hun have noget at lave sammen med vennerne på mobilen. Mobilen kan være en digital påklædningsdukke og et samtaleemne i sig selv.Mobile heavy users er firstmovers. Lær hvad de gør og du ved, hvad der bliver det næste mainstream.
  7. Den øverste formulering er ambitiøs uden at være urealistisk. Selv på små budgetter er det muligt at gøre sig tilgængelig. Teknologierne er ikke dyre (barcodes, social media, web, sms), det er derimod research, kompetencer og planlægning, som kræver et løft i mange virksomheder.Dette kunne være Q8, der med Find Tank applikationen, har gjort opmærksom på sig selv for de, der søger en vilkårlig benzinstation. For Q8 kunder, er der tale om en regulær service og et nyt touch point for yderligere dialog og service.Det kunne også være Arla, der ligesom Q8 sælger et produkt, der kan være svært at skelne fra konkurrenternes. Arla fokuserer meget på morgenbordet, som touchpoint. Underholdning og infotainment er vigtige services, som leveres på mobilen med mælkekartonen som driver.Den næste formulering er måske Danske Bank. Bankforretningen handler om at låse kunden fast med vaner, særlige produkter og gebyrer på omlægning af lån. Hvis man kan låse kunden fast med en fed service er der nu en gang nogle mere venlige konnotationer ved det. De har formået at tage alle deres brugere med storm ved konstant at være foran de konkurrerende banker når det kommer til mobilbank-innovation. De er nu på et niveau, hvor deres kommunikation troværdigt handler om at de har det bedste produkt – ikke et eller andet lån eller den laveste udlånsrente, men en app. Det er ret smart.En strategi kan jo vise sig at være dårlig, men sørg derfor for at opsætte KPI’er og rapporter på disse, så du har mulighed for at bedømme om du lykkedes med din strategi.
  8. Get research done: Forud for en dansk avis’ lancering af en iPad-udgave udviklede vi 16 personaer og identificerede avisens touch points med disse. Det gav et godt grundlag for næste skridt.Fascilitate a creativespace: Her er det vores erfaring at det er vigtigt at styre processen således, at dørene i første omgang holdes åbne for – selv flyvende biler – for så senere at kunne snøre sækken ind og fokusere på realistiske muligheder
