Smart Crowd We ask some questions about yourself. Your answers help us understand what type of tasks most suits your talents, and if you meet the task requirements. After submitting this information, you will be directed to the Skills Evaluation page. Tell Us About Yourself

Smart Crowd There are many evaluations you can take. Each evaluation matches a type of task we usually work on. You need to take at least one to be a member. You will only be contacted for the tasks related to the evaluation you took.
Skill Evaluations If you can read and write in different languages, please make sure you take the reading comprehension evaluation for the languages you know.

When you select an evaluation, a window will open with instructions on how to complete the evaluation.
Read them carefully to ensure a good result.

Task Example This is an example of an evaluation – Translation - English to Portuguese (Brazil). The evaluations, in most cases, mimic the tasks types we have.

Complete the task and click on Submit to move to the next task.
You can refer to the instructions at any time during the evaluation Attention to details is important. Typos will deduct points from your score.

Check your Score When you complete the evaluation, click on Evaluations to return to the Evaluations page and see your score.
You can take as many evaluations as you want. Each successful evaluation will qualify you for that type of task.

Next Step
You will see this page until you receive an email notifying you of your qualification to work in the Smart Crowd. It could take up to 2 weeks.

Information for Payment Click on the link View Confirmation
At this step you will be required to provide information necessary for us to issue payment to you. The type of information requested depends on your location (country), determined by your IP address at the time you open the form.

After you enter the information for payment, you are ready to start working. You will be directed to this page every time you sign in.

About the Dashboard The top table is your work dashboard. It keeps track of the work you do in a day, week and month, per number of tasks.

The bottom table is your task dashboard. It lists the tasks that match your profile and skills. An empty dashboard means that there are no tasks available to you.

When tasks matching your profile and skills become available you will receive an email notification.

When you get the notification, sent to the email address in our records, please sign in and click on the task type you want to work on.

No Tasks? The goal in the Smart Crowd is to complete a large project in the shortest amount of time possible by gathering a large number of people to work at the same time. Thus, it is quite possible that if you do not sign in right away you will not find tasks available anymore because they have been completed by other people with the same profile, interests and qualifications..

Summary
It takes less than 10 minutes to sign up.
At sign up, you will have to confirm your email address. Check or junk mail in case you don’t receive a confirmation within the hour.
To be part of the Smart Crowd, you must agree to our service level agreement. Please pay special attention to the confidentiality section.
It is also required that you take at least one evaluation that will allow us to assess your ability to complete a task type.
Before you can work on a task, you will have to submit the information necessary for us to issue you a payment.
On your personal dashboard you can see the work that you have done and the tasks available for you to work on.
