Sometimes we try reasoning our actions way too much than necessary which can lead to depression and anxiety issues . One must learn to let go to breathe freely
1. Does one need a reason to celebrate: Since ages people all around
theworld have been celebratingtheday they cameinto existence. Theday known
as birth-day is treated as an auspicious occasion and a reason for celebration.
Although with the passing time the usual manner of celebration has been
replaced by booz and meals with friends instead of age old cake party. But still for
some the sanctity of birthday is the same. For some workaholics/ loners /
depressed souls it’s another day of theyear so what’s big deal to have a pomp and
show. Some fear of the growing age, gettingadded each year to their dateof birth
and so hide with not honoring the horrorshock. With every passing morning we
rise up to newer fads related to different issues of life. I still feel there is no shame
in rejoicing the Bday which comes every year with some novelty to it .Though
aging is there but, life is all about facing and accepting the reality with open
hands instead of closed hearts. We humans are guided by simple emotions like
happiness and sorrow. Happiness brings in positivity, zeal and merriness to lives
of one and all. So why get depress and loose each day to solace and grief when
there is joy all around to commemorate. “When life gives you lemons make
lemonade”. Each day is an ode to new beginnings and take on new prospective.
Ditch themonotony and spring back to excitement, craziness and decideto live in
the moment, because it is now or never. Don’t be afraid to be yourself set some
rules to live the life your way. Today or tomorrow, a month or year every minute
every hour can become the cause for festivity and pleasure. Be it alone or with a
bunch, bliss can beachieved by just a positive thought beit your birthday or not.
“Smile and forgive because it’s the only way to live”.
