• Stress is a psychological response experienced on encountering a threat
that we feel we do not have the resources to deal with.
• Stress produces:
• Increased Heart-rate
• Increased Breathing
• Decrease in digestive activity
• Liver released Glucose for energy

• Fight or Flight
