  10. 10. Spend 30 min “reliving” or “visualizing” your day. Write in a journal for 30 min. Pray to God and let go of your worries to him. Talk with your spouse or sleeping partner about your day. (If you aren’t religious find some “higher power” to speak to: Mother Nature, Zen, Karma, etc.)
  11. 11. Spend at least 10 min. a day exercising. This can be as simple as a 10 min. walk. When Fitness is in your life your body’s chemicals are more balanced.
